What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. Each MRoot app, including KidUp, has its own privacy policy, published before that app launches.

Information we collect

• Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Server logs. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security signals. This is needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.
• Cookies and analytics. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies when its security features require them.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, to send KidUp launch updates you asked for, and to operate and secure the website. We do not sell personal information.

We rely on your consent when you ask for KidUp launch updates. We rely on our legitimate interests to answer messages and to operate, secure and improve this website. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep ordinary correspondence only as long as needed to answer it and maintain appropriate business records. We keep launch-update requests until KidUp launches, you ask us to stop, or the update list is discontinued. Hosting and security logs are retained according to Cloudflare’s service settings and policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to its use; and withdraw consent.
